We report a case of small-cell neuroendocrine carcinoma of the major duodenal papilla in a 62-year-old female patient with mechanical jaundice developed from the heterotopic pancreatic tissue with a transitional area from ectopic tissue to the tumor. This article also reviews the literature on pancreatic ectopic tissue in various organs and tumors developing from this tissue. Most commonly, an ectopic pancreas is seen in the stomach (24-38 %); less common locations include the duodenum/major duodenal papilla (9-36 %) and jejunum (0.5-27.0 %). Rarely, pancreatic ectopic tissue can be found in the colon, Meckel’s diverticulum, umbilical region, liver, gallbladder, intestinal mesenteries, rectum, and pelvic organs. Current literature describes various types of tumors originating from ectopic pancreatic tissue, including mixed tumors (carcinoid plus signet ring cell gastric carcinoma, intraductal papillary mucinous tumor plus adenocarcinoma, and adenocarcinoma plus acinar cell tumor), adenocarcinomas, solid pseudopapillary tumors, anaplastic carcinomas, and neuroendocrine tumors.

В статье приводится клиническое наблюдение мелкоклеточной нейроэндокринной карциномы большого сосочка двенадцатиперстной кишки у пациентки 62 лет с механической желтухой, возникшей из гетеротопированной ткани поджелудочной железы с наличием переходной зоны от эктопированной ткани к опухолевому узлу. В работе также приводится обзор современной литературы, посвященной эктопии ткани поджелудочной железы в различные органы и опухолям, возникающим из этой ткани. Самым частым местом локализации эктопированной ткани поджелудочной железы является желудок (24-38 % случаев), реже - двенадцатиперстная кишка и большой сосочек двенадцатиперстной кишки (9-36 %), тонкая кишка (0,5-27,0 %), еще реже -толстая кишка, дивертикул Меккеля, пупочная область, печень, желчный пузырь, брыжейки кишок, прямая кишка, органы малого таза. Описаны разные типы опухолей, которые возникли из эктопии ткани поджелудочной железы: смешанные (карциноид и перстневидно-клеточный рак желудка, внутрипротоковая муцинозно-папиллярная опухоль и аденокарцинома, аденокарцинома и ацинарно-клеточная опухоль), аденокарциномы, солидно-псевдопапиллярные опухоли, анапластические карциномы, нейроэндокринные опухоли.
